Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Here, we answer the following questions:

  • Why did NetBuffs change?
  • Why does it say colorado.sportswar.com instead of NetBuffs.com?
  • Will my old NetBuffs.com account work? Can I still post on the boards?
  • Who’s in charge?
  • What’s in store for NetBuffs?

Why did NetBuffs change?

NetBuffs’s programming was really, really, really old. Our parent company, SportsWar, created a new platform using newer technology, and it was time for us to move to it.

Why does it say colorado.sportswar.com instead of NetBuffs.com?

On SportsWar’s new technology platform, each site is a subdomain of sportswar.com, where the subdomain is the name of the school the site covers (you know, like all the Rivals, Scout, and 247Sports sites). So we’re now colorado.sportswar.com.

Will my old NetBuffs.com account work? Can I still post on the boards?

You should be able to log into this site with your old NetBuffs.com info and start posting right away. If not, email us at [email protected], and we’ll help.

Who’s in charge?

Well, for years, 2buffsgrads was in charge, but now all the administering of the site (message board monitoring, etc.) is done at the SportsWar home office. But he’ll still be around, posting on the new site with you.

What’s in store for NetBuffs?

We’d like to turn NetBuffs into a content site! We’re looking for contributors, or — preferably — a full blown site host. If you’ve got something to say about the Buffs, and think you want to run a site, please visit SportsWar.com and read So you want to run a SportsWar site?

If you think you’ve got what it takes after reading that, email us at [email protected], and we’ll talk.
