Not surprising to me

You can't coach leadership, so why would we believe that it would come from George or Dom now? We shouldn't act surprised. Josh and Spencer were leaders before their final season at CU.
Reality is that this team has never been George or Dom's to lead as long as they've been here. Bringing in DWhite was a blessing, and a curse, as he took over the team and really didn't force the other seniors (or George) to have to step up and be "the man". This year, MW4 came in and has imposed his energy (but he is a freshman), and thank goodness should be here for a few years so he can be the alpha dog.

All too often I see people being disappointed in players for not being leaders when they haven't been leaders their entire career. Who is to blame for that?
