Belichick is underpaid and Gruden is worth every penny

Maybe you morons weren't paying attention when Gruden took a 4-12 Raiders team and turned them into the best team in the AFC. Even at $10M per year, Gruden is getting paid less than half of what they are paying David Carr. This is a no brainer for the Raiders. Gruden makes them instantly relevant. Easily worth $10M. Also, don't be surprised if the Giants offer Belichick a deal that exceeds Gruden's.
