Gruden hasn't coached in almost a decade

He had a 57-55 record with the Buccaneers and was fired because he wasn't able to sustain the success on the great defense he inherited from his predecessor.

He was only 38-26 at Oakland - good, not great.

Now, he has become a bigger-than-life television personality. I would not take a chance on him as a coach for any amount of money.
