The NYT is read online around the world. It is one of the

leading newspapers of the world, and it is especially read by heads of state and their staffs in countries around the world. There shouldn't be any objections to the NYT being published in different languages, especially online.
One of the problems with this 2X guy is that he posts provocative messages ( like he cannot think of anything positive about Hillary Clinton), and then he goes away and either forgets that he posted the message or loses interest.
