You are correct hawg. The early records of Mac and MacIntyre may be similar, but MacIntyre needs to upgrade his assistants and recruiting. As you and I have stated many times, MacIntyre has not taken care of business in these two aspects of successful college football. I said it again in a response to Wheat Ridge Buff just below.

MacIntyre had ONE high quality assistant for 2 years and he is no longer with the program. He has not recruited at the level of Eddie Crowder and Bill McCartney.
