Guaranteed to piss off the board experts on leadership and vision. The biggest weakness in MM's tenure so far is recruiting DL IMO. I'd include the outside LBs in there. Carrell was a steal. Keeping Kafovalu in school may have been another success that MM doesn't get credit for. Maybe the same with Tupou. But there hasn't been much depth built up behind them, and it's hurting us badly now. We can't have a position group that has a 2 year on, 2 year off cycle. RB and LB are a little thin, but otherwise we seem to have decent depth.

I agree about the onside kick, too. We were talking about that during the game. That was a risk worth taking at that point.
