Who believes that MacIntyre is a long term answer as HC?

I have never been a MacIntyre fan but I give him credit for what his team accomplished last year. I just don't see him as someone who will even make this an annual Bowl team. His recruiting is mediocre and his hiring of assistants has not always been great. In game coaching is not one of his strong points.

I see him as someone who will have a good year now and then but usually have his team in the middle or bottom of the PAC 12. Maybe that is good enough for CU - maybe that is all they want.
