Re: Running teams focus on run blocking in practice


Run blocking is generally easier than pass blocking. The OL knows the snap count and SHOULD get off the ball quicker than the DL. They should have leverage and momentum when the inevitable collision happens. Bulldozer mentality.

I cringe when opponents rush 3 and they walk right by our 5 Olinemen. Totally unnecessary.
