My goodness! How long has this been pointed out? I was absolutely astounded, but not surprised at the sequence you mentioned about running the ball successfully and then throwing incomplete passes followed by a punt.

MacIntyre refuses to address the problem. Lindgren was not a good hire from the beginning and he hasn't gotten any better over the years he has been here.
I've been unable to see very much improvement in the play of both starting quarterbacks since he got here. If he is for certain calling the plays, then he really doesn't know what he is doing.

I'll say it right now: Lindgren is a failure as a quarterback coach and as an offensive coordinator. I've had it with commenting on this any further, but I'll probably slip up and say something anyway until the problem is resolved. If MacIntyre keeps him around and the guy miraculously shows some improvement, I'll give him credit. However, he should have been let go at the same time as the first defensive coordinator. He is killing any development of the offense.
