There is one problem that above all else plagues this team.... the offensive play calling. Last night all I could say was RUN THE BALL. Even when Lindgren lined up I formation or 2/3 backs a kindergardner could read the run was coming and we had great success. Lindgren has no game plan and his adjustments to the game are horrific. I'm convinced he is allergic to success. He killed every single successful drive we had with play calling. In one particular sequence we jammed the ball down their throat three straight times. What do we do next. Three straight incompletions and a punt. The UCLA fans behind me were in literal shock. It seems so simple to me to gameplan UCLA: Run the ball 50+ times to open up the occasional pass, run the clock and keep Rosen off the field. His play calling has stifled us all year. We should be 4-1 and in the chase. Until this is fixed we will waffle in mediocrity.
