Being a vet has nothing to do with it


A nation's flag and anthem are the symbols that unify a nation, all people, no subsets. Protesting the flag and the anthem is factually protesting unity. All people can be united around the anthem, flag, and all she stands for. The UNITED States of America!!

I respect your service but this is bigger than any one group's opinion. While I'm sure veterans who put their life on the line probably feel an additional attachment to this issue, and rightfully so, every American should be offended by anyone who protests our symbol of unity, democracy, and freedom. It's absolutely horrible.
