They do not turn their backs they kneel in a peaceful way . Most come from communities where they perceive social injustice. The ones I have heard speak say they do not disrespect the flag or our Arm Forces.
Many have visited our troops in hospitals and foreign war torn countries. Do I wish it wasn't connected to sports YES !!
