My how times have changed in Lincoln


1990: Nebraska-60. Northern Illinois-14

2017: Northern Illinois-21 Nebraska-17

I was living in Omaha in '90 and I used to tell Husker fans that someday they would lose to teams like Northern Illinois. I'm a big believer that life tends to come full circle. They would laugh at me, of course. That day has arrived and I'm loving it.
