CU never has embraced the All-In concept. When Coach Mac took them to the top they got scared . Some administrations want to be known as "academic" institutions they DO NOT want to be both
a good academic school and a sports machine. They do not want at risk kids that may fail in and out of
the classroom. They don't want millions of $$$ pouring in the AD.

Take a look at ND Lou had them rolling . The administration flinched when ND was being seen as a football first school. They clamped down on admissions and it was over. Holtz said good bye and ND has been sentenced to mediocrity ever since .
