CU could set up a fund for her

to use for victim counseling, life restorative counseling, physical protection and any other rehabilitative service(s), as needed for a specified time period. She can choose her counselors, body guard and other guidance as she sees fit, and submit receipts for reimbursements to the university. Something like this seems more targeted on solutions to her problems, and CU's, and looks much less like a shyster-driven shakedown. (probably a bad precedent to set overall, but I do like the part where said shyster gets nada.)
