Here's why I am skeptical. It's a pattern with MM. He has hired


Some duds. We have seen the effects of a staff not ready for P5 play and recruiting.

I am a big believer in targeted selection for hiring where past behaviors are the most important determinant for the skills targeted. That's the way I was trained

Is Brown ready? I don't know if he is or isn't. He does not look such on paper, at least to me.
