Newman was decommit from UT, then from CU

Waco is 50 miles south of his hometown. It would have been hard to say he was ever a firm CU commit. Big loss as 4* O-linemen are hard to come by.

There is no word out on K.D. Nixon decommiting. Insider still has him as a CU recruit.
