Yes, i do think it matters. I love action oriented decision makers.

It matters to recruits for sure. It's matters to recruiting. I'd rather have a DC and his staff out recruiting that graduate assistants. I would rather have a D name land at Valor yesterday rather than Lindgren.
I'd rather than someone in to help scheme Spring ball, rather than delay it like two years ago.

I think CU has missed on not only Sirmon, but has missed on acquiring one of the many who have signed with other teams. Several of them would have been good hires at CU in my opinion.

Maybe RG will get involved and get CU a good one, again.
