Pac 8 still treats ASU & UA as new kids

in addition fUCLA & ND, Stanford as the other private school and some degree Cal are SC rivals. When Pac split into divisions made provision for continued yearly games for all Cali teams now split north south. Great road trips and big respective away alumni bases.

Historically speaking Pac 8+2+2 has been SC & the 7 dwarfs and are used to everyone gunning for them. Given CU's 0-11 against SC & first 4 years in Pac should aspire to dwarf status which would take a win or two and getting the Rumble in the Rockies going again with Utah (32–28–3). Utes were one late upset away from that being biggest game in Pac South.
