I think Sefo being in and out of the lineup drastically hurt our offense the last two games. We should have stuck with Montez when Sefo went out early against WASH and tried to develop some consistency and rhythm heading into the bowl game.

Sefo got the first team reps, wasn't healthy, and got hurt again.

Since our offense was out of rhythm, our defense was stuck on the field all game. 7 of our first 8 drives against OSU were four plays or fewer. Game was over after that.

Washington had the ball for more than 38 minutes against that. We were tied 7-7 with about 3 minutes left in the 1Q.

Then we went 3 and out, punt after 9 plays, 3 and out, pick-six on first play of drive, pick on fourth play of drive, then two, four play drives. We were down 31-7 at that point. Game over.

If our defense did not spend the past two games exhausted and our offense could at least prolong drives, we'd have a better chance.
