According to Mixon, he was sober. The girl and her friends were drunk and being verbally abusive, using racial slurs. The video shows her instigating physical contact. He admits he made a mistake and he has paid for the mistake with an entire season off the team.

I have no problem with him playing again. Has the girl gotten any punishment or counseling for being a racist redneck??
