If he was earning $200k more I would agree with you. According to the stuff posted here, Oregon beat CU's offer by almost 90%. Also, since his success is based in large part on talent, it is easy to understand why he can't wait until after signing day--Oregon would never accept that and it would be disingenuous to our recruits if he did wait.
