Lack of depth is huge for CU. The ideal situation is to be able to R/S your OL class most years. There will be an exception here and there. You know more than most here the physical difference between a college FR and a SR or R/S SR. Your son played at a D1 level.

CU is not in a position yet to grab the physical elite HS players. The state of Colorado does not produce a bunch of elite D1 players each year. They must throw their net in Texas and CA. The recruiting arrow has started to point up for CU but it still needs to get better.
