Is Ohio State overrated?

They did not win their division. Their passing game is suspect. The good teams played them close. Penn State beat them by 3, Mich lost in double ot on a controversial call by 3, Wiskey lost by a td, NW lost by 4, Mich St lost by 1. They piled up on the weak teams, except for OK. And OK was not playing near their best. I would feel cheated if I was Penn State, the B10 Conference champ.
