Tonight, the team looked nervous as hell from the get go. I think we shake off those nerves for the bowl game and play with pride. I'm hopeful for a very strong performance in whichever bowl we play.

Without looking past the bowl game, the big question in my mind is where the program goes from here? I don't want this team to be the equivalent of the 2014 Arizona team. This season was a huge leap forward that laid the foundation for our future. But our program's development is still very fragile. We need senior leaders to take over this offseason and make sure we don't fall backwards. Next year will be huge as far as solidifying the culture of our team. I'm looking to Phillip Lyndsay in particular to demand the level of devotion from the younger players that this senior class has shown.

The pride and tradition of the Colorado Buffaloes will not be entrusted to the timid or the weak! Great season! Let's win the bowl and keep building! I've never been more excited to be a Buffs fan!
