Glad CU re-hired Hagan as RB coach

Give Hagan a great deal of credit. He's matured as a coach and is directly responsible for improvement of all RBs, including their blocking, both Phil and Evans have been blowing up much larger LBs on blitz protection

He also convinced HCMM to go with the feature back, rather than "RB by committee", prevalent in the past .

Plus Ballage is out of position at RB. He should be an H-back/TE.
