What happens if West Virginia wins out?

I have not heard one single sports talk/radio/pundit even mention that today. Sure, I think Oklahoma will beat them, but if they beat OU and then beat ISU and Baylor, are they on the outside looking in? I haven't been at all impressed with them the few times I have seen them but I am stunned how no one is discussing them,
