Yes! It is clearly my hope that Jim Leavitt has had his fill with head coaching. He was a successful head coach who stayed with his program while being pursued by other programs. He seems to enjoy remaining with something he has built. He built the program at South Florida and he has built the defense at Colorado.

At 60 years old he might not be interested in the responsibility, headaches and money that goes with another head coaching position. I would like to see Colorado pay him to his worth and satisfaction so he remains with his Colorado defense.
