End of the season. There's a lot of football left.

MM will be the first to tell you that we haven't accomplished squat yet. Finish out the year strong, get us to a bowl game and then show him the money.

We have him signed through 2018 and RG has shown good faith in already pushing through an extension after just a 4-win season. So I'm confident they can get a long-term deal done quite quickly.

There's no question in my mind that he deserves it. This isn't a fluke season (like Hawk's 2nd year with GB players)...he has laid the foundation for years to come.
