In my mind, the only real question ...
... is Sefo at 100% (or extremely close to) at this point? If he is, he starts. He is a 3-year captain, has the respect of the team, and was playing lights out before he was injured at Michigan. There is no reason not to play him if he's fully healed.
But, that's the issue. To beat USC, we must have a mobile quarterback so the players and coaches have the entire playbook available. If Sefo is not 100%, Montez gets the start.
