The case for sticking with Montez
1) He is quite obviously the most physically talented QB CU has had since Kordell. He throws it and runs it better than Sefo.
2) Montez led a huge game winning 4Q drive in a very hostile environment at Oregon. Sefo (at least in his first three years) has been a very poor crunch time QB.
3) Montez is already this good with minimal game experience. He should have a rapid trajectory as he gets more reps.
4) Montez provides more an elusive ability to extend plays and avoid the pass rush which may be needed down the stretch. He can move the chains much better when the play breaks down
