College football has never thrived in this state.


Yes, I was around for the # 3 magical season in 70/71 behind NU and OU, and many of their other great seasons since.

Has college football ever been a big deal in Colorado like it is in say, Texas, Michigan, or Tennessee? Not even close. A competitive team with a bigger following would only help. Competition always makes you better.
