I think it's fair to say Neuheisal was also a charismatic coach.


But, he had some severe weaknesses too. As I followed CU's rise, I don't recall anyone talking about McCartney's charisma until they started winning football games.

I think there is much more to charisma than the word, alone.

Should MacIntyre win a few big games this year next thing you know, the sports writers will be talking about his charisma.
