Should CU always focus on Dual Threat Quarterbacks?

I think it builds an identity and gives them the chance to recruit difference makers at the position. They aren't going to get the 4 and 5 star NFL drop-back passing type of guys.

I can think of a few 3-star dual threat QBs who became 5-star players in college: Mariota, Manziel, and what was the name of the guy at Kansas a few years ago who completely changed their success for a few years?

Any others that you can think of off-hand?
