Yes -- that it what it is doing here right now. It is raining, with the wind blowing and the wind sheeting in sideways. I had to go on errands, I opened the car door, and all the rain blew in and soaked the inside of the car door, then I was struggling to open my umbrella. As I did that, the wind blew the umbrella backwards and upwards. ( I hate when that happens). I had to come home and dry off. Think I'm gonna stay inside and stay dry this weekend.
