I apologize for appearing insensitive in my response below. I didn't mean to minimize the ordeal she is going through. It was awful and I certainly am glad she won the suit. My only issue was with "her life was ruined." Think about that. "Ruined", at least to me, means "irreparably destroyed" or "suffered something she cannot recover from." Hopefully that is not the case.

Also, thanks for the clarification on the hotel's culpability. I was unaware of the facts. I should've done some research before responding, I suppose.
