I definitely disagree with many Scalia conclusions - that was not the point

My point was that the notion of him being a constitutionalist is false. He, and his followers proclaim their legitimacy through ths process. Their claim of legitimacy by constitutionalism is just false - as I accurately - I promise you - outlined in 4 or 5 examples. His jurisprudence is rife with his substituting his judgement for that of legislators. His decisions when it comes to access to the courts by employees and persons harmed by corporate interests are completely predictable.

He was sn outcome determinative jurist, hiding behind a false cloak of respectability.

You can go read the decisions of which I speak.
