It's called being truthful and honest

I at least attempt to consider all sides of an argument unlike most of you. What am I supposed to do? CS cites 4 examples of cases I have zero to little knowledge of. Especially as it relates to how Scalia ruled. Why would I be presumptuous enough to argue law with a lawyer when I have no clue, really, what his argument is and if he's even telling the truth or the entirety of the facts? I know what I think I know and know what I don't know and I try to not argue about what I don't know.
