So the strong "urban community effort at CSU" is

Getting players drafted (and you still have less than CU in the league)?

Heck, it took CSU until this year to have a program which donated tickets to underprivileged kids. CU has had one for almost a decade.

And yes, CU does have a person who, as one of his services, acts as a minority mentor, as well as a past black alumni director and alumni athlete director. His name is Bill Harris, and he is a great guy and great Buff.
