Didn't have his team ready


He sets the standard.

This is an up-and-down team that is certainly capable of more. Hopefully, by the end of the season we'll see more attractive drive, execution and consistency.

Will say it again, Tad is the best CU basketball coach I've seen not named Ceal Barry.

He just needs to keep bringing in more talented, skilled players who want to be coached and have that need to compete and perform their roles.

I will say this too, if Tad were to leave, he has made this job much more desirable to coaches around the country.
