What it boils down to is Denver is at home with a top-rated defense against a one dimensional offense. NE can't run the ball worth a darn. Miami showed us how to stop a one-dimensional team at home by putting a relentless pass-rush on Brady.

One other little known fact: NE has not beat a winning team on the road this year. The only team they played with a winning record away from home was Denver. I realize they were horribly beat-up at the end of that game, but Denver had some issues of their own that game, safeties, linebackers, offensive line, and breaking in a new quarterback.

Face it, Belichek and Brady are what makes their team go, but the shenanigans they play at home help too. Messing with opposing coaches headsets, deflating balls, etc., won't help them on the road.

I am a Denver fan of course, but having looked at this a little more closely, I would put my money on Denver if I was forced to make a bet one way or the other.
