Leading with the Helmet seems to be the popular thing to do..
I haven't paid much attention to this problem since the Pitts / Cinci game last week, now it seems very obvious: NFL players are trained to tackle with their helmet. IN today's game, I saw it on at least 2 or 3 occassions. One of them resulted in an incompletion as the defender's helmet knocked the ball out of the receiver's hands.
To me, this is what makes the NFL more dangerous than any other sport. I don't see this nearly so much in college.
When is it a penalty to lead with your helmet? I thought it always was.
