Unless the SCOTUS decides that


"natural born" means born on US land, and not as a citizen granted to you by birth.

And since the SCOTUS has decided narrow views on OTHER language in the constitution, I would argue it isn't settled.

In fact, that part of the constitution also has an exception for prior to the date of the constitution, because so many at that time were NOT born in the US!
