Hadn't thought about that use, but yeah, could get the whole group at once, and if the attack came with numbers, there's no way to stop them all.

The article said it's intended purpose is deprive enemies of port cities, and is being developed as an asymmetric response the US development of a missal shield. (which would destabilize Russia, triad of ground sea and air nuclear forces, and the vast majority of which are missals based, diminishing a mutually assured nuclear response) It is considered a tactical devise but surely it can be used strategically as well, and for all intents and purposes, attacking a port city is a strategic deployment, not an attack on counter force materiel.
