Not flaming. How are these guys upgrades?

One of my biggest concerns is that we fire MM, put ourselves in a deeper financial hole, and hire another MM with a 4-year leash. I don't know anything about Roper, but his resume looks similar to MM without the HC experience. Maybe more coordinator experience, better recruiter? Google's telling me that Sonny Montgomery was a former rep from Mississippi, so does he go by another name?
