Turun Sinappia is mustard made in Finland.
I use väkevä or strong with the red cap. It also comes in mild or super strong.
My cousins in Finland got me to use it. They put it on makkara which is similar to a hot dog. Makkara is best grilled and usually eaten with sinappi (mustard) and without a bun.

You can buy it from various places online. If you see Auran Sinappi, it is the same recipe.
