Knowing Sheduer is not going to run the ball unless absolutely necessary, the defense can simply check off the run and then hold steady in the flats knowing the DL alone will apply pressure the majority of the time. Shedeur has little choice but to look for the longer developing routes. Even if we go short, its usually covered for a short gain. Basically, the quick timing patterns have been taken away.

CU is fortunate TCU didn't have game film.
