That incident was over-hyped by the media


Watched the Well Off video. There was no "stomping" on the Oregon logo (even though that is what the media headlines said). It was one guy (Trevor Woods) who raked his cleats on the logo. Not a concerted team effort to disrespect the logo at all. It didn't really seem malicious on the part of Woods, more of a light moment among teammates who were just doing a walkthru of Autzen. It didn't look like players were seeking out the logo. It looked like they were just walking around the field and taking it all in. Unfortunately, someone noticed it in the Well Off video and it went viral and totally blown out or proportion.
