You want him to be all, Aww Shucks we bout to get destroyed cause we aren’t very good. Recruits will not follow. The first three weeks have been huge for getting this program in on big recruits. The recruits aren’t white boomers. They don’t buy what you’re selling, they buy Coach Prime and so do their parents.

I really think that with CU becoming Black America’s team as I’ve seen it called, coaches like Lanning are sabatoging themselves with many black recruits by vocally dissing Prime. They can beat him, but to disrespect him won’t go over well. He is an icon.
